Jayne is a former journalist, company CEO and healthcare sector executive who helps organisations build engagement, reputation and impact through strategic PR and communications practice.
For four years until January 2017, Jayne was Executive Director Communications at The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. She developed the hospital’s award-winning social media footprint, creating an online community of more than 100,000 active users and transforming the hospital’s capacity to reach and activate consumers around important public health issues.
Before joining the RCH, Jayne was a Senior Adviser and then CEO of the national issues management consultancy, Communications & Public Relations (CPR). Earlier, during a journalistic career spanning almost 20 years, Jayne worked for newspapers including The Age and The Kalgoorlie Miner. She also worked at the ABC and was Senior Producer of the flagship Jon Faine morning show from 2005-2007.
