Truth Agency was engaged by Medibank in April 2014 to raise its public profile as a provider of innovative population health solutions, and to establish its position as a trusted partner and adviser of government.


Through a savvy blend of media relations, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, events, and digital and social media, Truth has identified a range of strategic PR opportunities for Medibank while navigating a complex network of internal and external stakeholders.


We’ve since been engaged for other projects including content development for Medibank’s Fitness to Live newsletter and population health government newsletter, the Garrison Health Services’ Annual Review, and Medibank’s flagship Vision Centre – an interactive communication zone at Medibank HQ to tell Medibank’s business and brand story to staff, business partners and the general public.
